Who We Support
Connect Access is Registered NDIS service provides Support Coordination for eligible NDIS participants with Support Coordination funding in their plans.
We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds and circumstances, including people who are new to the NDIS, transitioning between services, experiencing changes in their support needs, or seeking greater confidence in managing their supports.
We also work collaboratively with families, carers, guardians, and other important people in a participant’s support network, with the participant’s consent and in accordance with their preferences.
